This weekly, 5-class course provides tweens with the tools necessary to thrive in the digital age. The course teaches students to make smart decisions on the internet and protect their long-term digital footprint.  Specific topics include: (1) navigating group chats and texting, (2) thriving and finding balance with social balance and (3) how to protect mental health and sleep in the digital era.
